Biography

Welcome to FJH!

I am entering my 4th year as Assistant Principal at Fairmont Junior High.  I began teaching High School English in 2007 and I worked in Manor ISD, Lago Vista ISD, and Columbus City Schools before taking a position teaching at DPHS-NC from 2016-2020.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas in 2004.  I earned my master of education degree from Lamar University in 2018.

When I’m not at school, you can find me at home with my wife and our 2 dogs and a cat.  In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, playing guitar, and watching football.

I want to make sure that this is a fantastic school year for our students and families, so please contact me with any questions or concerns.
